Matthew W. Fogleman is an Associate at The Law Offices of Ronald S. Canter, LLC. Mr. Fogleman is a 2011 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mr. Fogleman is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland. Mr. Fogleman is admitted to the state and federal Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Fogleman served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nelson W. Rupp, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. After his clerkship, Mr. Fogleman worked as an associate attorney in the insurance defense field for four years wherein he focused primarily on complex civil litigation. Mr. Fogleman joined The Law Offices of Ronald S. Canter, LLC in 2016. Currently, Mr. Fogleman concentrates his practice on consumer defense and creditors’ rights litigation, commercial litigation and general civil litigation.
