Birgit D. Stuart, Esq. – Of Counsel
Ms. Stuart is Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Ronald S. Canter, LLC. Ms. Stuart is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to the Federal Courts in those jurisdictions. A 1991 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Ms. Stuart has spent her 30-year career focused on litigation, including in the areas of business disputes, products liability and personal injury defense.
Ms. Stuart assists in the firm’s consumer defense and creditor’s rights litigation, including the defense of numerous class action matters, from discovery, through trial and appeals.
