Ronald

and the District of Columbia. Ronald is also admitted to practice in federal courts
through the United States, including the Supreme Court and several courts of
appeal. Ronald is a recognized authority on creditor’s
rights and the regulation of collection practices and
has represented creditors, attorneys and collection
agencies in complex litigation in both Federal and
state courts.

Jenkins, the only Fair Debt Collection Practices
case to reach the Supreme Court. |

presenter of seminars and continuing education
programs to trade groups, Bar Associations and the
Maryland Judicial Institute. |

2008, Ronald S. Canter received The Bar Association of Montgomery
County’s Pro Bono Award in connection with his 26
year long representation, without fee, of a
quadriplegic client who sustained a catastrophic work
related injury in 1981.
